Eligible Streams: B.Tech (all streams) of 2021 pass out batch

Name of the post: Business Development Associate (BDA)

Candidates will join as Business Development Trainee (BDT) and only after completion of training they will be promoted to Business
Development Associate (BDA). This is a Sales profile job and the company is looking for both Direct sales and Inside sales profile.

Job Description:

The selected candidate will begin in an individual contributor’s role, working in a team of go-getters to help spread the Byju’s way of Learning in your city. The candidate would be showcasing the unique Byju’s way of Learning to students and parents and will be responsible for mentoring and sales in respective designated zones.

Preferred Skill Sets:

@ Having a keen interest and deep understanding of the Indian education sector.
@ Interested in mentoring and guiding students.
@ Having a knack for sales
@ Good interpersonal and presentation skills.

Salary Package (CTC):

@ Rs. 10.0 Lacs p.a. (Fixed pay-7.0 & Performance pay-3.0) - After Training Period
@ Rs. 5.0 Lacs p.a. (Fixed pay-3.0 & Performance pay-2.0) - During Training Period

Selection Process:   
· Round 01 Telephonic Round of Interview.
· Round 02 Video Interviews through Zoom Application.
· Round 03 Video HR Interviews through Zoom Application.

All the applying candidates must ensure the following points:

1. The candidates must have good communication skills and must have intent to build a career in the sales domain and EdTech Industry.
2. For 2021 batch interviews will be conducted but joining will be given once they finish with their final semester exams.
3. Selected candidates have to present NOC and Bonafide certificates before their joining.
4. No leave will be granted to the candidates under any circumstances after they join the organisation and start their training period.
5. The Training period will be of 3 months and the candidates should apply only if they are comfortable with Point 4.
6. The candidates must be ready to relocate.
